In a major renovation at UAS in Pennsylvania during a six-month period ThinkSecureNet laid more than 150,000 feet of Category 6 cabling, supplying data, voice, security and closed circuit television wiring. This job also required the use of backbone cabling and high-pair-count copper cabling used to ensure secure and continuous voice communications in this highly sensitive mission critical environment. Certification of installed copper and fiber-optic cabling was necessary to ensure continual service to the endpoints.
Using the services of our Registered Communications Distribution Designer, an employee with more than 20 years’ experience in this area, the UAS project included five months of layout and design time to make sure ThinkSecureNet provided and prepared for all requirements of UAS, and to review UAS-provided scopes to check for areas of coverage that UAS might have overlooked.
