Jack Berberian's background, talent and training seem to share a common theme: an entrepreneurial propensity coupled with the vision to identify opportunities to establish and grow organizations. 

In 1988, while Jack was working as a car mechanic in Los Angeles, he started his first company providing auto detailing for national corporate accounts at the early age of 16. While attending The Whittier School of Law in California, Jack united his appreciation of law and web design to found cyberlawz.com, a ground-breaking online solution that shifted the way attorneys researched court cases. In 1998, partnering with executives from eMusic, AOL.com, Lost Tribe Productions, and many others, he co-founded Magnet Films. 

In 2000, Jack joined a core group of executives to launch and help fund LegalZoom.com, which is currently the world’s largest online legal document company. In 2005, he became the CEO, President, and Shareholder of HBS, Inc., catapulting sales to exceed the company’s 25 year history. 

In 2008, Jack co-founded MedTix, LLC, with his wife, which grew to become the most respected HME Company in the region that grew to 5 locations and was sold in 2013. 

In 2008, Jack was also the co-founder SecureNetMD™—the region’s first 100% Healthcare IT Company with an emphasis on EHR platforms. Spanning across DE, MD, PA, and NJ, many of SecureNetMD™ clients include major hospitals, leading medical facilities and expanding campuses. In 2011, co-founded ThinkSecureNet™, LLC, providing phone, computer, and network services for businesses throughout the surrounding areas. ThinkSecureNet, LLC™, LLC currently has offices in Lewes DE, Dover DE, Hatfield PA and Monrovia CA serving clients in more than 20 States. 

In 2018 Jack co-founded the first Federally registered Digital Currency MSB in the State of Delaware which currently operates in 3 States. Jack is also a commercial investor in multiple properties in Sussex County and has donated more than 250k back to the community since moving to the great State of Delaware.

Drew Laroche, serving as our CIO, oversees the technical side of the business as well as overall company growth-, profitability-, short- and long-term planning.

In 2008, working out of the basement of a physician’s office, Jack and Drew founded SecureNetMD catering to the healthcare industry.  SecureNetMD focused on the unique characteristics and challenges associated with Healthcare including compliance with HIPAA and PHI laws and regulations.

Over the years, Drew’s display of entrepreneurship, passion, drive and dedication have helped catapult his career and business to the next level.  These characteristics coupled with his diverse computer and software engineering background give him the tools to tackle any project methodically and succeed beyond expectations.

He graduated from the University of Delaware with combined majors in Computer and Electrical Engineering, plus a minor in Computer Science, while earning Dean’s List honors. Drew was also an active member in the IEEE chapter as well as invited to join Eta Kappa Nu, a national computer and electrical honor society.
